General Terms

1. Artwork CANNOT be used in AI training or NFTs (anything related to the blockchain).
2. Artwork CAN be used personally or for monetized content (streaming asset, youtube thumbnail).
3. Artwork CANNOT be used commercially (merch, mass produced).
4. If you really wish to use my artwork for commercial purposes, please talk to me beforehand via DM.
5. I don't mind any edits done to my artwork. Once I deliver it, it's yours.
6. Once the artwork is delivered, it is no longer my responsibility what happens after! Make sure to always back up your images

I don't own a blacklist. But I would prefer if blocked users didn't commission me.
I have the right to reject a commission for any reason without disclosing.

Design Terms

1. Once you buy my designs, they are 100% yours. You're free to use them for commercial, monetized use or personal use! It would be nice to be credited, but I also don't mind if I'm not.
2. The only thing I ask is that you do not do any sort of problematic content with my designs or work as it could possibly fall back on me as it's initial designer. I sell designs trusting my clients won't endanger me, my image or my brand.
3. I'm not against dark themes in fiction. I'm just asking you don't do some pedo incest zoo goon slop with my designs. You know what I mean.
4. I also ask that you please do not feed my work into AI training or NFTs (anything related to the blockchain).
5. I just would prefer if blocked users didn't own my designs.
