General Terms

1. Anything I make can not be used on the blockchain or anything similar (NFTs, etc).
2. Anything I make can not be used for AI or anything similar (training AI, AI art, etc).
3. Anything I make can not be used commercially. The only exception being my designs.
4. I have the right to deny a commission if the reference image or character is AI Generated

Design Work

1. Once sold, you can do whatever you want with the design. Can be used commercially or for personal use.
2. All responsibility goes to you once sold. I am not responsible for lost or corrupted files.
3. Credit is only needed if using my artwork (initial design).
